New American Fare (2019 - ongoing)
New American Fare is an ongoing project in the American BBQ tradition using dishes created by the machine. Recipies were created using neural networks and curated by the human. Human cooks were then enslaved to create the recipies exactly as specified by the machine. Dishes were laid out and visitors were encouraged to taste test the creations.
A cookbook in the form a zine accompanies each presentation.
